Jerseys are custom made to order and ship in 6-8+ weeks from our factory. Hats are embroidered to order and ship in 10-15 days. Anything marked Ready to Ship is already in stock and skips the production queue.
That is the whole point. Add your name and number when you customize, and we stitch it on the back. Leave the fields blank and you get the jersey exactly as it looks in the photos.
No. Once it has your name and number on it we cannot resell it, so all sales are final on custom pieces. Check the size chart first, or email support@shopparkfriends.com and we will help you get the size right before you order. If something turns up damaged or faulty we refund it in full.
Yes, we ship worldwide via UPS, DHL and USPS. A few accessories are excluded. You get a tracking number by email when your order leaves the facility and it goes live within 24 hours.
